End-User Licence Agreement

Asteris Cart is operated by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW Enterprise Company, under its Asteris Commerce brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). This agreement covers your use of the Asteris Cart plugin software.
1. The plugin code is GPL
Asteris Cart is a WordPress plugin. Its PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), the same licence as WordPress and WooCommerce. The GPL gives you the freedoms it describes in respect of that code. Nothing in this agreement removes those freedoms for the GPL-licensed code.
2. What your subscription buys
Your paid subscription is not a restriction on the GPL code. It is a licence to receive software updates and customer support, and to use the licence key that enables automatic updates and support, for as long as your subscription is active.
3. Permitted sites
Your tier sets the number of production sites on which you may use your licence key for updates and support. Starter covers 1 site, Pro covers 3 sites, and Agency covers 10 sites. Reasonable staging and development copies of a licensed site are permitted.
4. Restrictions on the key and service
You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, or use it to obtain updates or support for sites beyond your tier. These restrictions apply to the key and service, not to the GPL code.
5. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided while your subscription is active. If it lapses, the GPL code you already have continues to function, but you will no longer receive updates, support or use of the licence key until you renew.
6. Termination
We may suspend the licence key and support for breach of these terms or the Terms of Service. Termination does not affect your rights in the GPL code already installed.
7. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
